For exceptional cases it may happedned that message within vc_recvDiamMsg and message which we are awaiting are not the same and in this case error need to be avoided.

Server_Name_AVP within MAA_Body_AVP templates was removed due to 129 229 clause 6.1.8 and RFC4740 clause 8.8

SIP-Authentication-Schema type is defined as union and either RFC or 3GPP type definition can be used.
