Update CDD TS 102 894-2 reference to include errata regarding lane numbering

Hendrik-Joern Guenther requested to merge guentherh/denm_en302637_3:CDD_Errata_Lane_Numbering into master

The master branch of a repository should always point to a version which includes the latest erratas. The current reference for the CDD in the DENM repository points to a CDD version which includes an error (regarding the lane numbering). I therefore propose to update the master branch reference to the updated CDD reference.
