Change maximum error for position accuracy to 2m after feedback from IMAGinE

The IMAGinE project discovered that a positioning error (95% confidence interval) of 1 m is insufficient for objects detected at a large distance. It is therefore proposed to increase the allowed range for the DistanceConfidence DE to 2 m
