Update CDD TS 102 894-2 to include errata - lane numbering issue

The master branch of a repository should always point to a version which includes the latest erratas. The current reference for the CDD in the CAM repository points to a CDD version which includes an error (regarding the lane numbering). I therefore propose to update the master branch reference to the updated CDD reference.
