Changes

Replaced the TS29222_CAPIF_Routing_Info_API.yaml based on the agreed CR
C3-203605 in CT3#110e meeting. C3-203605 is revision of the agreed CR
(C3-202396) in CT3#109e meeting, when the new API file was created.
Hence this API is replaced with the new agreed one.
