Update TS29549_SS_UserProfileRetrieval.yaml with the following
agreements in CT3#110e meeting 1. Implementation of agreed pCR
(C3-203414) 2. Rapporteur update - As TS is sent for approval, API
version is updated to 1.0.0 (removing a draft version number) and
external Docs version to 1.3.0

meeting. 1. Implementation of C3-203233, C3-203416, C3-203414. 2.
Rapporteur update - As TS is being sent for approval, API version is
updated to 1.0.0 (removing a draft version number) and external Docs
