How the LICENSE is applied

 A text  file named LICENSE is created in the root of the repository with the text of the LICENSE, [year] is replaced with the current year and “ETSI” included as copyright holder.

Every source file in the ETSI Forge (including, but not limited to YAML, JSON, ASN.1, TTCN-3, TDL) includes a LICENSE header and/or a reference to the LICENSE.
