Change the IMPORTANT note to "IMPORTANT: Every effort has been made to align this API specification with NFV GS-SOL 002. In case of discrepancies, the published NFV GS-SOL 002 takes precedence. Please report bugs to https://forge.etsi.org/bugzilla/buglist.cgi?component=Nfv-Openapis.

Need to use the same statement for all SOL002 OpenAPIs. Use a similar note for SOL003 APIs pointing to the NFV GS-SOL 003 GS.
