Rather than a "Component Description" that states, "Issues related to the creations of OpenAPIs files for NFV Common APIs (GS SOL002, SOL003, SOL005)", it is recommended to add a pull-down menu that allows the user to select a specific base GS to which the comment applies.

The new components have been implemented.

There are now 4 components, one for each GS and one common for generic issues.
