In all of the openAPI files, is there a way to provide both the name of the error code AND the status text, as listed in the GS. For example, instead of just "400", can we say "400 Bad Request." If not, can we include "Bad Request" in the "Description column?

The goal of this issue to to make all of the SOL002 and SOL003 OpenAPI files as consistent as possible to the base GSs.
