the mandatory statements in all container definitions should be verified against IFA011 and SOL003.

- container aspect-delta-details: should be mandatory

Mandatory by virtue of 'min-elements' statement.

Also lists in YANG cannot carry a mandatory statement. The only way to enforce mandatory requirement is by 'min-elements 1' statement.
