Proposed implementation:

* add "_not_aligned" to the "version" field

* add the following text at the end in the "description" field (note that the spaces :

    **IMPORTANT: Please note that this file could be not aligned to the current version of the specification it referes to. In case of discrepancies the the published ETSI NFV specification takes precedence.**
