Summary0007487: inconsistent examples and naming in Annex B
DescriptionIn Annex B has is very good design idea of declaring the type the examples work on, right before the example.

but:
1)
in some cases this type definition is just not there. So it is not clear which type the name is referring to.

Should be fixed by showing the declaration of the type.

2)
The name MyMessage should be consistently changed to MyMessageType in the chapter, to follow the naming conventions present here.
When it is declared used as a type.



These changes would make the chapter easier to follow.
