Summary

0007184: Template instance in the value part of reply operations

Description

The current specification allows only expressions in the value part of the reply operations. This is inconsistent with all remaining "sending" operations which allow template instances as their parameters. It also means that inline templates are syntactically incorrect in the value clause.

Proposal:
Change the syntactical description of 22.3.3 and the BNF rule 323 replacing "Expression" with "TemplateInstance"
Add a restriction to the section 22.3.3 saying that the template in the value clause shall resolve to a completely initialized specific value
