| Description | In TP/MAP-SPAT/MSD/BV/03 and TP/MAP-SPAT/MSD/BV/04 the field msgIssueRevision(MsgCount) of the MapData message is tested. However in the spec the following is stated: ASN.1: "msgIssueRevision: Not used in Region D (e.g. Europe)" Annex D: " 2.1.1.3 msgIssueRevision The data element adds no additional revision information. Therefore this optional data element is not used. " | ||||||||
