| Description | The UT trigger does not request any payload in the generated BTP packet, however it is expected in the receive template.
Either the TR 103 099 and the UT trigger is adapted to request the generation of an BTP packet including the optional payload (from the protocol view) or the TP and the expectation needs to be changed to not care if payload was provided or not. |
