 I propose to delete the notes: they are the 3rd place, where those restrictions are defined: 1st in Table 11, than in clause 15.7 and than in Annex B. Restriction a) of 15.7.2 and 15.7.4 refer already to table 11 and to clause B, therefore, in fact, the notes contain no new information (but contain shorter, and thus easier-to-misinterpret text).

 Sorry, but in Table 11, there are only notes and the table is not in a section marked as Restrictions. Therefore, it deviates from the other places that introduce restrictions (and referring to these "restrictions" in other restrictions parts is in my view unfounded).

Also, I have not found any restrictions in this regard in Annex B.

I would vote to move the restrictions from the notes to the right places, i.e. the respective restrictions sections.

 Added restrictions section to 15.7.

Restructured Annex B according to the Restrictions/Examples paradigm used in the rest of the document. All restricting sentences are moved to the restrictions sections, new restrictions sections are introduced where missing, examples are moved into the examples sections
