DescriptionAt the moment we have defined

RoadWorksContainer ::= SEQUENCE {

  roadworkType RoadworksSubCauseCode OPTIONAL,
  closedLanes LaneSets OPTIONAL,
  restriction RestrictedTypes OPTIONAL,
  speedLimit SpeedLimit OPTIONAL,
  incidentIndication CauseCode OPTIONAL,
  recommendedPaths Traces OPTIONAL --Traces without timestamps
 }

Are incidentIndication and roadworkType needed? Actually, if in the situationcontaoiner the correct causecodes are set, then there is no need to have the cause codes again in the roadwork container.
