Summary0005959: The localhost identification should be standardised in section 21.3.1
DescriptionThe creation of components now allows to specify a host id as well. It would be very beneficial to have a standardised way of referring to the localhost. This should be added into section 21.3.1.

There are at least two ways in which the core language standard could be amended for achieving this:
A: to have a pre-defined constant referring to the localhost (e.g. _LOCALHOST_ )
B: to have a pre-defined function, which returns the charstring containing the localhost name (e.g. LocalhostName() )

 CR is reopened. The macro solution is oposed by Testingtech: the macro/predef.function can be used in different contexts and the localhost IP address in not necessary known at compile time.
György's comment (in addition): it may also be unknown compile time if the address to be returned is an IPv4 or IPv6 address, it is known runtime only.
