DescriptionProduct version is in fact v4.3.2
In clause C.31 The IsPresent function the first example is:
    var MyRecord vl_MyRecord := { field1 := {}, field2 := 5 }

    ispresent(vl_MyRecord.field1) // returns true

in clause 3.1:
partially initialized: values are partially initialized if a concrete value has been assigned to it or to at least one of its fields or elements

completely initialized: values and templates of simple types are completely initialized if they are partially initialized

The field vl_MyRecord.field1 does not fulfil any of the above definition, thus it shall be handled as uninitialized. But in this case ispresent(vl_MyRecord.field1) shall return false in the example.
