Summary0005128: Discussion: Empty lines between import declarations
DescriptionIt has recently been brought to attention that the code formatting feature adds empty lines between import declarations. As a general rule, empty lines are added between all declarations on the module level. There has been no official requirement on the formatting of imported declarations.

Should imported declarations be an exception to this rule?

Low priority, shall be made configurable.

Additionally, in this context, there shall be an option to preserve line-structure, that is no new lines shall be introduced and no lines shall be removed

The number of lines between subsequent import statements is now made separately configurable.
