Summary0000399: mixup of triParameterListType and tciParameterListType
DescriptionIn several of the TCI-TM and TCI-TL operations, the usage of triParameterListType and tciParaemterListType are mixed up. General rule should be that tciParameterListType is used for lists of unencoded parameterls and triParameterListType should be used for lists of encoded Parameters. Please have a look at the changes in the attached version of part 6 of the standard. The changes also needs to be done in Appendix B.

 This is possibly be a mistake in the standard. TriParameterList is used for representing encoded parameters. Semantically it does not make sense to have a TriParameterList here because testcase parameters are never encoded.

A change request about this issue was reported last year and was accepted in v3.2.1: http://ipt-bugs.dyndns.org/mantis/view.php?id=399 [^]

But it seems that it was not complety merged in completly merged. For example tliTcStart() was updated to use TciParameterListType instead of TriParameterList but tliTcExecute() is still the same.

 Indeed 7.3.4.1.1 were missing: tliTcExecute: TriParameterListType --> TciParameterListType

In addition, in 9.4 the mappings for tliTcExecute and tliTcStart have to be updated

Furthermore, the use of TriParameterListType (not TriParameterList) was inconsistent in 9.4 - now corrected

Also, tliTcExecute in 10.4.2 corrected

Finally, tliTcExecute in Annex A and B corrected
