0001460: TP_TRANS_0018_01: lack of precision

Description

This TP states that 2002::/16 prefix should be advertised on IPv6 interface by relay router. The use of 'advertise' here can be a source of problem:

- A prefix can be advertised by routers using router advertisements
- A router can advertise a route for a prefix to other routers, using routing protocols such as RIPng, BGP...

The referenced requirements, and this TP, deal with the second interpretation of 'advertise'. The TP should state it explicitly, in order to avoid confusion.
