[Proposed Change]: If SL-ResourcePool is included in A2X resource pools (i.e. sl-BWP-PoolConfigA2X or sl-BWP-PoolConfigCommonA2X), whether sl-A2X-Service-r18 field is optional is unclear. If it is still optional, no clarification needed; else, suggest to add clarification.
