Keyword: "Parametrize Check resource not instantiated" should be parametrized
In SOL003/VNFLifecycleManagement-API/ScaleVNFTask.robot and other operations on vnfInstances the keyword must be parametrized to avoid failure where test cases uses different vnfInstanceIds
