[OpenAPI][SOL013] Subscription-related test schemas across multiple APIs may need alignment

OpenAPI Background: Commit 1634dbc9 (2025-07-09) proposed breaking change by fixing SubscriptionAuthentication data model. See definitions/SOL005_def.yaml for details.
