SOL002/vnflcm/{apiMajorVersion}/subscriptions API V2.4.1 POST and GET method

When testing case

'POST Create a new subscription' it got failed with error message KeyError: '\n "filter"'
'GET Subscriptions' it got failed with error message 'FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'schemas//VnfLcmOpOcc.schema.json'.' comes.
