[v4.5.1] (maybe others) wrong definition for ExtVirtualLinkData Note 1 in the SOL002_def.yaml and SOL003_def.yaml

In the v4.5.1-dev branch, the definition of _Note 1_ of _ExtVirtualLinkData_ is a little wrong, it says: `NOTE 1: A link port is not needed for an external CP instance that exposes a VIP CP in the following cases.` _VIP CP_ keyword is wrong, and it should be replaced with _IP CP_, in other versions _v4.4.1_ and _v4.3.1_ Note 1 should comply with the SOL002 and SOL003 specifications.
