Superflous file in branch 2.6.1-maintenance

The branch contains a file src/SOL003/VNFPackageManagement/test.yaml that is a leftover from some experiment (the content shows that it belongs to ETSI MEC)

This file may confuse automatic generation tools using the openapi repository and should be removed IMHO
