The purpose is to add a LTE POA into the project to support fallback from 5G to LTE. To verify that the 5G to LTE fallback mechanism is working as expected, the following procedures can be used:

1. Start the iperf3 server on the server side;

2. Start the iperf3 client on the UE-side;

3. Verify that the traffic is continuously flowing through the simulated network ofr a period of time long enough for the car to cover a complete circuit of the harbor;

4. Terminate the simulation;

5. Delete the veth.

Getting this simulation working and the traffic flowing through the simulated network is a major milestone. It validates the feasibility of the new network simulation approach to replace the current network simulation approach in the ETSI MEC Sandbox [\[i.1\]](#_ref_i.1).
