  *) Fix DTLS invalid fragment vulnerability. A buffer overrun attack can

     be triggered by sending invalid DTLS fragments to an OpenSSL DTLS

     client or server. This is potentially exploitable to run arbitrary

     code on a vulnerable client or server.
