New SSLLogLevelDebugDump [ None (default) | IO (not bytes) | Bytes ]
  configures the I/O Dump of SSL traffic, when LogLevel is set to Debug.
  The default is none as this is far greater debugging resolution than 
  the typical administrator is prepared to untangle.
