    - mod_mime: has not kept pace with 1.3 docs

    - mod_suexec: very little documentation

    - mod_include: the "INCLUDES_MAGIC_TYPE" x-server-parsed-html

      appears to have been removed from mod_include, but it is still

          - worker has no docs

          - the perchild directives in threaded/worker need docs

- Cleaning.

   - The following docs WILL BE REMOVED from httpd-2.0 unless

     someone objects shortly.  Most haven't been touched in

     years.
