Other bugs that need fixing:



    * ap_discard_request should be converted to use the bucket API

      directly rather than waste cycles copying buffers with the old API.



    * MaxRequestsPerChild measures connections, not requests.

        Until someone has a better way, we'll probably just rename it

        "MaxConnectionsPerChild".
