Mock server: match POST query stubs on the selector without crashing

The POST /entityOperations/query check crashed on an array response (TypeError), on a selector with only id or only type (KeyError) and in Get Stub Count (AttributeError), and compared the type as text, so a full type IRI never matched. Tests: D010_03_inc_03, D011_02_red_02, D011_03_inc_02, D011_04_inc_02.
