046_37: a LanguageProperty's tombstone is languageMap {"@none": "urn:ngsi-ld:null"} - TS 104-175 clause 10.5.7, as 046_34_04 has it

The entity-delete + showChanges expectation had the bare string, which
contradicts clause 10.5.7 and the attribute-delete fixtures (046_34_04,
046_22_11_*). Reported in geolonia/ngsi-ld-test-suite-patches#2.
