the mandatory statements in all container definitions should be verified against IFA011 and SOL003.

- container configurable-properties: naming convention is not aligned with IFA011 and SOL001

Please see SOL006 private wiki for naming conventions for YANG. In particular the line that says:

Child nodes within a container or list MUST NOT replicate the parent identifier.
