In NFVSOL#92 meeting in Beijing a comment was provided for issue#3 in NFVSOL(18)772. This bug is being filed to track and address that issue.

The comment received in NFVSOL#92 meeting was to make sure that the cardinality of virtual-network-interface-requirements.network-interface-requirements was 1. That means that the list needed to have a statement of "max-elements 1".
