The current OpenAPI description on POST ServiceInfo  includes the ServInstanceId in the POST, which is incorrect. It is included in the response as it is allocated by the platform.
 
Based on descriptions, this seem to be copy past error maybe coming from PUT on the same ServiceInfo?
