| Summary | 0007906: Display of Initial and Final conditions headings shall be optional if the corresponding compartments are empty |
| Description | Originally reported via BugZilla:
"Empty 'Final conditions' are created, even though no 'Final Conditions' are defined in the TPLan source file."
By extension, the rendering of "Initial conditions" shall be made optional if no initial conditions are specified as well.
