Summary0007745: Or-VNFM standard API not work if select NFVO and VNFM from different vendors
DescriptionThe Ve-VNFM(NFV-SOL 002) and Or-VNFM(NFV-SOL 003) seems not complete .Like if NFVO is using Vendor X and VNFM from Vendor Y we can not manage Life cyhcle of VNF like upgrade/patching need update this part in SOL-003

 Adding support of VNf software modification is not a bug, rather a Release 3 feature.
The resolution will depend on IFA specifications for supporting VNF software modification.

 Indeed this functionality is currently missing.

Bug cannot be fixed currently, as VNF Software Update/Upgrade needs to be specified in IFA007/IFA008 first. This is planned to happen in NFV Release 3 (FEAT04). Subsequently, support will be defined in the appropriate Release 3 SOL specifications based on the stage 2 defined by IFA.

 As per NFV#25 meting, the software update feature is available as stage 2 specification and will be published in IFA007v3.2.1, IFA008v3.2.1 and IFA011v3.2.1. The operation is named ChangeCurrentVnfPackage in IFA007/8.

Updates to the stage 3 SOL001/2/3 will be done subsequently.

 This is fixed in Rel. 3 as per adding FEAT 02 ("VNF software modification").
