0007592: Extend the current definition of DE_LongitudinalAccelerationValue to become more clear how the calculation is made.

Description

Please include the additional sentence “This acceleration along the tangent plane of the road surface does not include gravity components” to the existing definition of A45 DE_LongitudinalAccelerationValue to cover cases of vehicles on slopes where the gravitational acceleration plays a role in the calculation.
