Summary0007409: Refine distinguishable qualified name constraint
DescriptionThe constraint requires that NamedElements of the same meta-class have distinguishable names. This can be confusing, e.g. having a variable and a timer within a component type with the same name, among other cases. The constraint shall be refined to distinguishable qualified names among all NamedElements.
