0007366: Refine FunctionCall constraint

Description

The current constraint states:

Matching parameters
The arguments specified by the 'ParameterBinding' shall match (in terms of number and data type) the list of 'FormalParameter's of the invoked 'Function'.

The data type aspect of this constraint is already covered by the related constraint in ParameterBinding, hence it is superfluous. The number of parameters is not specific enough, instead it should be rephrased to state that "all parameters defined for the corresponding function shall be bound in a function call".
