0007314: [TP_SEC_ITSS_RCV_DENM_04_01_BO and 04_04 and 04_06] Formulation harmonization

Description

Since each header_fields must appear at most once why not use the
"same type" of test as TP_SEC_ITSS_SND_CERT_AA_08_01_BV :

ensure that {
  when {
    the IUT is receiving a SecuredMessage (DENM)
      containing header_fields[0..N]
       containing not unique items}
then {
    the IUT discards a SecuredMessage
  }
}

and thus avoid to repeat the same test for each field, which does not
test if the same header_fields is not included somewhere else than
just after or before the other instance of the type.

An other formula is also used in TP_SEC_ITSS_RCV_GENMSG_10_02_BO :

"containing 2 instances of type"
