cmake a common type out of LongitudinalAccelerationConfidence for long + lat + vertical confidence

create sequence as doen for LongitudinalAcceleration

The change has been made, and also aligned vertical acceleration units with the units of other acceleration types. The corresponding asn.1 definitions are:

AccelerationConfidence ::= INTEGER { pointOneMeterPerSecSquared(1), outOfRange(101), unavailable(102)} (0 .. 102)

LateralAcceleration ::= SEQUENCE {
 lateralAccelerationValue LateralAccelerationValue,
 lateralAccelerationConfidence AccelerationConfidence
}

LateralAccelerationValue ::= INTEGER { pointOneMeterPerSecSquaredToRight(1), pointOneMeterPerSecSquaredToLeft(-1)} (-160 .. 160)

VerticalAcceleration ::= SEQUENCE {
 verticalAccelerationValue VerticalAccelerationValue,
 verticalAccelerationConfidence AccelerationConfidence
}
