 Testing issue 0005637 fixed by adding the sentence in 10.2.1, third paragraph: "The destination area specified in the GEOBROADCAST header is passed to the GN6ASL via the GN-DATA.indication primitive of the GN_SAP specified in [6], as part of the destination address primitive parameter."
