0003129: TP_MOB_3024_01 contains "to to" in the THEN statement

Description

The "THEN" statement in TP_MOB_3024_01 is as follows:

       then { IUT sends Proxy_Router_Advertisement
                  containing code
                      set to 2 no_new_router_information_present
              and containing (New_Access_Point_link_local_address_option
                              containing option_code
                                  set to 5 'The access point identified by
                                            the LLA belongs to to the current
                                            interface of the router') }

The second "to" in the 7th line should be deleted in the TPLan file
