0008008: Conflict definition with disk/Container format with specification and vnfd yaml file
the definition of disk and container format is conflicted when OpenStack is using lower letters but in the specification uppercase is used.
While checking the specification, it said we should refer to the OpenStack file

Also in the VNFD type files , which downloaded from the website offered in OpenStack official document, the uppercase isn’t supported.
OpenStack file:
https://docs.openstack.org/glance/pike/user/formats.html [^]
specification:
gs_NFV-SOL003v020401p.pdf and gs_NFV-SOL003v020601p.pdf
VNFD type file: https://forge.etsi.org/rep/nfv/SOL001/raw/v2.6.1/etsi_nfv_sol001_vnfd_types.yaml [^]

The way (lower cases) that the enumerated values were specified in OpenStack and in SOL001 does not imply that the same case conventions should be applied to SOL005/SOL003. The issue described is not a strong argument to change the enumerated values in SOL005/SOL003 to lower cases as there can be other cases like this one in the specs.

Case conventions in SOL002/3/5 are different from those in SOL001 and, in OpenStack. There needs to be mediation.

Changing the case in the NFV-MANO APIs would be NBWC.

The SOL WG have decided to close the issue with no action to take on it.
