| Description | The standard is using "may"-s typically when allowing tool options. ETSI drafting rules allow using "should", when the implementations has an option, but the standard suggests a recommended way.
Proposal: Check the "may"-s in the standard and identify a recommended way by using "should", where it is appropriate. |
